Where you have one IT professional handling your IT environment internally your organisation is at risk of disruption should something unexpected happen to that employee.

We offer a low-cost solutions which enables your business to continue to function in the event of the unexpected loss of your IT employee or just continue to grow with your business!

What does this service entail?

Our approach is simple, we partner with your IT professional, work with them to understand your IT environment and identify what documentation is needed for efficient continuity. As it is your IT environment, your company is responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation however we can advise you on what is required.

  • An initial three-hour discovery to understand your IT environment.
  • A monthly 30 minute call to ensure we keep up to date with your IT environment as it evolves
  • 1.5 hours per month of remote IT support included*
  • Discounted rate for remote and onsite IT support.
  • *We all hate paying for something and not getting anything out of it, that is why if you don’t use your hours for remote IT support you can often use these hours to support your IT projects!

    Unless agreed in advance these hours cannot be batched together and must be used in the month billed for.

    What does this service cost?

    Due to the size and complexity of some organisations we quote on the requirements of the business. We know you want to have some idea of cost before investigating further so we’ve included some indicative prices:

  • Under 50 employees – £250 per month
  • 50 – 100 employees - £350 per month
  • 100 - 250 employees - £500 per month
  • Over 250 employees? You probably require a more in-depth service or bespoke service so if you are interested, please email our sales team.

    For a fixed cost per month we will manage your IT infrastructure from desktop support to your network management.

    What’s included?

    This service is primarily focused upon desktop support but can also include basic support for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 when requested and permission granted to your environment.

    Who am I?

    Ben

    A bit more about me!

    Ben's worked in IT most of his career, but started off in IT Procurement. With recent experience working as Head of IT in a central London company, he has a wide bredth of experience across both corporate IT estates and personal devices.

    Ben started his IT career supporting users on both Windows and Apple device from setting up laptops to troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Ben is a registered IT Technican (RITTech), with a drive to continually learn and develop

    Since then, Ben's career has progressed to a technical lead and IT Operations Manager at Microsoft, and then to a Head of IT position in a central London company. Whilst retaining and developing his technical knowledge, he now also take a strategic look at an IT estate ensuring the focus is in the correct area.

    Ben also has recent experience in Cyber Essential Plus, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Google Workspace, Google IdP and VMware virtualisation, as well as many other IT technologies and services.
